When used together with the GalaxyVend mainboard and the corresponding firmware, this extension module simulates an MDB bill acceptor for the vending machine. It supports parallel input via a 10-pin connector, compatible with standard parallel protocols (for example, Comestero RM5) and/or Innovative Technology bill acceptors (for example, NV9, NV10). This module allows connecting multiple parallel devices to a single MDB machine. It is ideal for applications requiring payment redundancy; for example, if one bill acceptor jams, customers can continue making payments using the secondary units.
